Located just 15 minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center, the Nixon Library is perfect for clients who are looking for a unique venue to host a meeting, luncheon, retreat, or any other special gathering. Your group can take a self-guided tour of President Nixon’s boyhood home and view the colorful exhibit galleries, or our staff can arrange a docent-guided tour. When you choose the Nixon Library, your guests will have a truly Presidential experience.

The Richard Nixon Library offers a unique, one-of-a kind event location for all of your meeting needs. Booking an off-site meeting has never been easier or more affordable. Located just 15 minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center, the Library provides multiple spaces to host your event. Choose from our dazzling 4,800 square foot White House East Room, lush outdoor rose garden, private Presidential Meeting Room, or impressive Executive Board Room. We offer full event service, with the highest level of staffing and resources customized for your meeting.

Catering & Room Rentals

We know that every client has different budget and catering requirements when it comes to planning an off-site meeting, and we are proud to offer a variety of options to meet your needs. From a simple, yet sophisticated box lunch to an executive hot buffet lunch, we strive to provide our clients with many options. We are happy to try to customize menus based on your needs.

Locations…

The White House East Room (50-500ppl)

The Nixon Library is the only event venue in the nation that boasts a replica of the White House East Room. The room features three magnificent crystal chandeliers, golden Italian silk draperies, imported marble fireplaces, and wooden terrazzo floors. This is our largest indoor venue, which can accommodate up to 360 seated guests, and with a unique breakout room we can hold up to 500 people. Theater style seating can accommodate 500-700.

Presidential Meeting Room (30-200ppl)

This private room is a complete 1,800 square feet, and can sit up to 120 at round tables and 200 theater style. The room features four mini chandeliers and beautiful carpeting, perfect for a more personal meeting.

First Lady’s Rose Garden (20-400ppl)

The Nixon Library features Orange County’s largest public rose garden. This outdoor space is perfect for guests looking to enjoy the beauty of being outdoors, and is surrounded by the Library’s meticulously landscaped Garden. Budding up against a long, tranquil reflecting pool sits an expansive, grassy amphitheater for luncheons or small meeting sessions. The Garden also contains President Nixon’s quaint Birthplace cottage.

Executive Board Room (10-30ppl)

Our Executive Board Room is ideal for groups of up to 30 people. Complete with a long, gorgeous wooden table & executive leather chairs, this space is perfect for getting to work and accomplishing your meeting goals!

Audio Visual

There are many behind-the-scenes elements to your special event, including ensuring that your audio and visual resources run flawlessly. All of our meeting spaces have the capability and equipment for your AV needs. Our Director of Operations will help you determine the types of systems you need, from projection screens to video equipment to sound systems. You can count on our staff to handle the delivery and set-up of all equipment as well as provide reliable on-site support if needed. Library Tours

If you are looking to make your meeting unique and more intriguing to your employees, the Nixon Library is the perfect event location. In addition to hosting a seamless meeting, your guests have the opportunity, and free admission, to tour our colorful exhibit galleries on the day of your event. Whether you would like our event staff to schedule a private, docent-illuminated tour, or if your guests would like to explore the exhibits at their own leisure, your guests cannot leave the Library without experiencing all of its rich history.
